The bidders must be compliant with regards to the following statutory requirements,
- VAT and Valid ITF 263 for 2024
- Valid NSSA registration
- Valid registration with PRAZ in the correct category
- Certified copies of company registration and ownership documents.
Tenders must be submitted online through the Electronic Government Procurement System (EGPs) on or before the closing date and time (10:00HRS CAT). No payment shall be made to obtain documents online.
Tender documents can be downloaded from the PRAZ EGP portal, https://egp.praz.org.zw/ at no cost. Any equerries and tender clarification relating to the tenders must be addressed to RPAZ Procurement Management Unit on the following email address pmu@rpaz.co.zwon on or before the stated dates in the tender documents.
